PepX-1 SM is a 31-residue lipopeptide analogue of GLP-1, studied as an agonist at the GLP-1 receptor. Position 2 carries alpha-aminoisobutyric acid in place of alanine, which is the substitution that resists DPP-4 cleavage, and Lys20 carries a C18 fatty diacid attached through a two-unit AEEA linker.
