How it works

Order as usual

Use your own email at checkout. Guest orders qualify too. Eligibility begins when the programme is switched on; earlier payments do not earn a reward.

Receive your code

When your order is marked completed, receive 5% of what was paid for products, after all discounts, as a coupon. If ready when your completed-order email is sent, the code is included with its expiry date and billing email. Codes created later appear only under My discount codes in My Account after email verification; no separate email is sent.

Use it on your next order

Enter the code at checkout using the same billing email. It is single use and expires 90 days after the original order completes. You can also find eligible codes under My discount codes in My Account once your email is verified.

The rules

  • Earn 5% of what was paid for products: after all discounts, including automatic tier, Bundle & Save and Subscribe & Save discounts, and less refunds already recorded other than shipping, tax and fee refunds. Tax, shipping and fees do not earn rewards.
  • The reward is rounded down to whole cents. A coupon is issued only when the reward is at least $1.00.
  • Each qualifying completed order earns one coupon. Completing the same order again does not issue another code.
  • Each coupon lasts 90 days, can be used once and is restricted to the original order's billing email.
  • One discount code per order. A loyalty coupon cannot combine with any other coupon. Automatic tier, Bundle & Save and Subscribe & Save discounts can still apply, subject to the store's minimum selling price.
  • Before a coupon is used, a partial product refund lowers its value. A full refund, cancellation or failed order removes it. Re-completing a voided order does not restore the reward.
  • Refunds after a coupon has been used do not change the spent coupon. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
