How a recurring order is set up

Recurring supply is arranged in writing, not enabled by a checkbox at checkout. We agree the compounds, strengths, quantity per shipment and cadence with you first, and confirm the schedule and pricing in writing before the first shipment goes out.

Pricing

The price confirmed in your schedule holds for the period stated in it. If a price will change at renewal we tell you before the next shipment is prepared, and you may change or stop the schedule at that point. We do not change the price of a shipment after it has been dispatched.

Lots and certificates

Successive shipments on a schedule may come from different production lots. Each shipment is supplied against the certificate for the lot it actually contains, published in the certificate library under that lot number. Continuity of supply is not a claim of continuity of lot, and we do not represent a new lot's result before the laboratory has returned it.

Changing, pausing or cancelling

You can change, pause or cancel a schedule at any time by contacting us. A change reaches the next shipment provided it arrives before that shipment is prepared; if it arrives afterwards it applies to the one following. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term unless one is stated in your written schedule.

Failed or declined payments

Where a payment for a scheduled shipment does not go through, we hold the shipment and contact you rather than retrying indefinitely or dispatching unpaid. A schedule paused this way resumes once payment is settled.

Availability

Where a compound on a schedule is unavailable for a given shipment, we tell you before the shipment date, supply the remainder of the order, and do not charge for the missing line. We do not substitute a different compound or a different strength without your written agreement.
