Everything PepXtide sells is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. This page sets out what that means in practice and what we expect of the people who buy from us.
What we sell
Research compounds intended for use in a controlled laboratory setting by people qualified to handle them. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not approved by the FDA for any use in humans or animals, and no such approval is claimed or implied.
What we do not do
We do not provide dosing guidance, protocols, or advice on administration. We do not make or endorse claims about therapeutic effects. If you contact us asking for any of these, we will decline and point you back to this page.
Your responsibilities
By ordering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are acquiring these materials for legitimate research purposes, and that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any import requirements.
Refusal of service
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, at any point before dispatch, where the intended use appears inconsistent with this policy. Where an order is cancelled under this clause the payment is refunded in full.
