What our descriptions do and do not claim

Product descriptions are structural and mechanistic. No page on this site states an application, benefit, dose, route or outcome. Reference data such as CAS numbers, molecular formulas, molecular weights and amino-acid sequences are published properties of the molecule, provided for identification only.

What a certificate means

A published certificate of analysis is the testing laboratory's own report for one specific production lot, reproduced as returned to us. It records what was tested, the method used, and the measured result with its stated margin of error. It describes that lot alone. It is not a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, and it is not a safety assessment for any use outside laboratory research. Where no certificate has been returned for the current lot, the product page says so and links to no document.

Purchaser responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for confirming that possession, import and use of any compound ordered is lawful in their own jurisdiction, for holding any licence or authorisation their local law requires, and for handling all materials in accordance with their institution's safety protocols and applicable local, state and federal regulations.
