This policy explains what PepXtide collects, why, and what we do with it.
Information you give us when you order or create an account: name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. Information collected automatically when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited.
Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and a reference for the transaction.
To process and ship your order, to respond when you contact us, to prevent fraud, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. If you opt in, to send you occasional emails about products and certificates. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
