What we collect

Payment information

Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and a reference for the transaction.

Why we use it

To process and ship your order, to respond when you contact us, to prevent fraud, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. If you opt in, to send you occasional emails about new compounds and newly published certificates. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
