Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must be acquiring research materials for legitimate research purposes, and you must be able to handle and store them under conditions appropriate to a laboratory.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications and published third-party test results. Reference data such as CAS numbers and molecular formulas is published information about the compound itself and is provided for identification. Where we cannot confirm a property, we omit it rather than estimate it. Product photography may be representative.

Certificates of analysis

Where a certificate is published, it is the laboratory's own report for one specific production lot, reproduced as returned to us including its stated margin of error. A published result describes that lot only and is not averaged across the product line. Where no certificate is published, the product page says so and links to no document. A certificate is not a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Listing a product is not a guarantee of availability. Where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we cancel that line and refund it.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. We may decline an order at our discretion, including where it appears inconsistent with the research-use basis on which these materials are sold. Payment is handled by our payment providers; we never store full card details.

Shipping and returns

Orders are dispatched within one business day. Because these are research materials whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our control, opened vials cannot be accepted back. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Permitted use and resale

Materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or therapeutic application, and are not sold as drugs, food, or dietary supplements. Resale arrangements are agreed in writing beforehand, and anything resold must carry the same research-use-only labelling and lot documentation it left here with.

Jurisdiction and compliance

The purchaser is solely responsible for confirming that possession, import and use of any compound ordered is lawful in their own jurisdiction, and for holding any licence or authorisation their local law requires. We do not provide legal advice and cannot assess local law on a purchaser's behalf.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any use of our products beyond the research use for which they are sold, and we accept no liability for consequences arising from misuse.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, and the PepXtide name and marks, belongs to PepXtide and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which PepXtide operates. We may update them; the version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
