A blend of CJC-1295 without DAC and Ipamorelin in a single vial, 5mg of each. Each component is described on its own product page.

The pairing is a two-receptor combination rather than two versions of one thing, and that is the substantive fact about it. CJC-1295 without DAC is a 29-residue analogue of growth hormone releasing factor and acts at the GHRH receptor, a class B secretin-family G-protein-coupled receptor that signals through adenylyl cyclase and cyclic AMP. Ipamorelin is an unrelated pentapeptide built on alpha-aminoisobutyric acid and two D-amino acids, and acts at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor type 1a, a class A rhodopsin-family receptor that signals through phospholipase C and calcium. Two different receptor families, two different second messengers.

The two also differ in how they resist breakdown. The releasing-factor analogue relies on four engineered substitutions, chiefly a D-alanine at position two that blocks dipeptidyl peptidase IV cleavage. The pentapeptide relies on a non-proteinogenic residue at position one, two D-configured aromatic residues, and a C-terminal amide, which together make it a poor substrate for ordinary peptidases.

No published study characterises this two-component mixture as an entity. Citations shown on this page are papers about the individual components and are labelled as such.

Because the vial carries two compounds of very different size, roughly 3,368 daltons against roughly 712, a single spectroscopic reading cannot report both and identity work requires a separation method. As with every blend in the catalogue, the label states a combined mass, so a per-milligram figure is not comparable with the same figure for a single compound and none is published.

Background

This vial is a two-component blend pairing two unrelated peptides that act at different receptors. CJC-1295 without DAC is a 29-residue growth hormone releasing factor analogue acting at the GHRH receptor, a class B receptor signalling through adenylyl cyclase and cyclic AMP. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide built on alpha-aminoisobutyric acid and two D-amino acids, acting at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor type 1a, a class A receptor signalling through phospholipase C and calcium. No published study characterises the mixture itself as an entity.

Research applications

Where this compound appears in the published literature. Each area points to the papers listed under Primary literature below. These describe what was studied, not an application of this product.

Receptor and growth models (CJC-1295 component)

Studied in rat anterior-pituitary receptor work and a GHRH knockout mouse growth model, in 2005 and 2006 papers on the long-acting, albumin-conjugating CJC-1295 rather than the unconjugated component in this vial.[2][4]

Gastrointestinal models (Ipamorelin component)

Studied in a rodent model of postoperative ileus for the Ipamorelin component alone, in a 2009 pharmacology paper that does not examine the blend.[3]

Analytical detection (CJC-1295 component)

Characterised in a 2019 Drug Testing and Analysis paper describing an LC-MS/MS method for confirming CJC-1295 in equine plasma.[5]

Primary literature

Peer-reviewed papers indexed on PubMed that study this compound. We did not write them and we do not summarise them — each reference opens the record on PubMed so you can read the work itself. Publication is not evidence of safety or efficacy, and none of this research was conducted by PepXtide.

This product is several peptides in one vial. The papers below study those peptides individually — none of them is research into this combination.

Storage & handling

Lyophilized

Store lyophilized at -20C, protected from light and moisture. Neither component carries an oxidation-prone side chain, since the releasing-factor analogue substitutes leucine for the methionine at position 27 and the pentapeptide contains none, so moisture uptake is the principal concern.

Reconstituted

Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2-8C and use within the period appropriate to the material.

Handling notes

  • Store lyophilized at -20C, protected from light and moisture.
  • Neither component carries an oxidation-prone side chain, so moisture uptake is the principal concern.
  • The two components differ greatly in size, roughly 3,368 against 712 daltons, so identity work needs a separation method rather than a single spectroscopic reading.
  • Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2-8C and use within the period appropriate to the material.

Safety & handling

Bench handling, not a dosing guide.

Intended use

Supplied strictly as a laboratory research material for in-vitro study by qualified researchers. Not for human or veterinary use, not for ingestion or injection, and not for any clinical or diagnostic application.

Personal protective equipment

Handle with gloves, eye protection and a laboratory coat. Weigh and transfer lyophilized powder in a ventilated enclosure to avoid generating an inhalable dust.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute against the diluent and volume appropriate to your protocol, adding solvent slowly down the vial wall rather than directly onto the pellet. Do not shake. This is a handling note, not a dosing guide.

Storage after opening

Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within the period appropriate to the material. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which degrade peptides faster than continuous storage at the listed temperature.

Disposal

Dispose of material and containers in accordance with your institution's chemical waste procedures and applicable local regulations.

Research notice

Supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary consumption, and not evaluated by the FDA. No statement on this page describes an application, benefit, dose, route or outcome. Descriptions are structural and mechanistic, and reference data such as CAS numbers and molecular formulas is published information about the compound itself, provided for identification. The certificate shown above is the testing laboratory's report KVR-2026-E05765 for this strength; its results are for that report only and are not averaged across the product line.
