Identifiers are published properties of the molecule. Values we cannot confirm are omitted rather than estimated.
Glow is a blend rather than a single compound: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 supplied together in one vial. It is the same set as KLOW without the KPV. Because it is a mixture it has no single CAS number, molecular formula or molecular weight, and any listing that gives it one is describing something else.
The three components are chemically unlike one another. GHK-Cu is a copper(II) coordination complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, with the metal held by three nitrogen donors and a fourth, labile equatorial site. BPC-157 is a fifteen-residue free-acid peptide. TB-500 is a seven-residue N-terminally acetylated fragment of thymosin beta-4. A single analytical run has to resolve a metal complex against two peptides of very different size, which is why identity work on blends of this type is done by a separation method rather than by a single spectroscopic reading.
None of the three carries a cysteine, methionine or tryptophan, so the vial contains no oxidation-prone side chain and no aromatic chromophore, and absorbance at 280 nm will not report concentration for any component. The copper centre, by contrast, is redox-active and gives the blend a genuine chemical sensitivity that the peptides alone would not have: it should be kept cold, dry and near neutral pH.
No published study characterises the three-component mixture as an entity. The citations shown on this page are papers about the individual components, and the site marks them as such, because publishing component literature under a combination product without that label is one of the specific failures this catalogue is built to avoid.
As with the other blends, the vial label states a combined mass rather than a mass per component, so a per-milligram figure would not mean what a reader comparing it against a single compound would assume, and none is published.
Background
Glow is a three-component blend supplied in one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500, the same set as KLOW without the KPV. The components are chemically unlike one another - a copper(II) complex of the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys, a fifteen-residue free-acid peptide, and a seven-residue N-terminally acetylated fragment of thymosin beta-4. As a mixture it has no single CAS number, molecular formula or molecular weight, and no published study characterises the three-component mixture as an entity.
Research applications
Where this compound appears in the published literature. Each area points to the papers listed under Primary literature below. These describe what was studied, not an application of this product.
Component literature: BPC-157
Studied in preclinical orthopaedic and musculoskeletal models as a single compound, collected in two 2025 reviews; these papers concern BPC-157 alone, not this blend.[1][2]
Component literature: GHK-Cu
Examined as a single compound in extracellular-matrix and gene-expression research, in a 2025 Bioimpacts review and a 2018 International Journal of Molecular Sciences review; neither paper studies this blend.[3][5]
Component literature: thymosin beta-4
Reported in a 2023 International Immunopharmacology review of regenerative research on thymosin beta-4, the parent protein of the TB-500 fragment; the paper does not study this blend.[4]

Primary literature
Peer-reviewed papers indexed on PubMed that study this compound. We did not write them and we do not summarise them — each reference opens the record on PubMed so you can read the work itself. Publication is not evidence of safety or efficacy, and none of this research was conducted by PepXtide.
This product is several peptides in one vial. The papers below study those peptides individually — none of them is research into this combination.
PubMed, PubChem and ClinicalTrials.gov are independent scientific databases. A record or a published paper is not an endorsement of this product, and nothing indexed there describes an application, dose or outcome supported by PepXtide.
Storage & handling
Lyophilized
Store lyophilized at -20C, protected from light and moisture. One component is a copper(II) complex whose metal centre is redox-active, so keep the blend cold, dry and near neutral pH rather than relying on the tolerances of the peptide components alone.
Reconstituted
Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within the working period established by the laboratory.
Handling notes
Store the lyophilized blend at -20C, protected from light and moisture.
The GHK-Cu copper(II) centre is redox-active, so keep the blend cold, dry and near neutral pH rather than relying on the tolerances of the peptide components alone.
None of the three components carries a cysteine, methionine or tryptophan, so absorbance at 280 nm will not report concentration for any of them; identity work relies on a separation method.
The vial label states a combined mass, not a mass per component.
Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within the working period established by the laboratory.
Safety & handling
Bench handling, not a dosing guide.
Intended use
Supplied strictly as a laboratory research material for in-vitro study by qualified researchers. Not for human or veterinary use, not for ingestion or injection, and not for any clinical or diagnostic application.
Personal protective equipment
Handle with gloves, eye protection and a laboratory coat. Weigh and transfer lyophilized powder in a ventilated enclosure to avoid generating an inhalable dust.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute against the diluent and volume appropriate to your protocol, adding solvent slowly down the vial wall rather than directly onto the pellet. Do not shake. This is a handling note, not a dosing guide.
Storage after opening
Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within the period appropriate to the material. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which degrade peptides faster than continuous storage at the listed temperature.
Disposal
Dispose of material and containers in accordance with your institution's chemical waste procedures and applicable local regulations.

GHK-Cu 100mg, GLOW and KPV Set
The larger GHK-Cu vial alongside the blended GLOW vial and KPV at 10mg, plus water.
On its own this set comes to $229.47 at checkout: $40.49 Bundle & Save is taken off there.
GHK-Cu at 100mg, GLOW at 70mg, KPV at 10mg and a 10ml bacteriostatic water vial. Worth reading each product page before ordering: GLOW arrives as a manufacturer blend while GHK-Cu and KPV are single compounds, so their certificates describe different things.
GLOW is a pre-blended vial supplied by the manufacturer; GHK-Cu here is the single-compound 100mg vial and KPV a single-compound tripeptide fragment. GHK-Cu, GLOW and KPV are listed under Matrix & Cytoskeletal.
Adds 4 separate cart lines. Remove any one of them in the cart.
Specifications and the structural model for each component are on its own product page. Supplied as a lyophilized powder for in-vitro laboratory research only. No statement on this page describes an application, benefit, dose, route or outcome. Descriptions are structural and mechanistic, and reference data such as CAS numbers and molecular formulas is published information about the compound itself, provided for identification. No measured result is shown for this strength because a certificate has not yet been published for its lot.
